Crafting a seamless user experience, the social community empowers celebrities with digital transformations for better fan engagement. Challenge
In the current social media landscape, celebrities struggle to engage meaningfully with their fans due to overcrowded platforms, limited interaction features, and lack of exclusivity. Traditional live-streaming options offer one-way communication, preventing real-time, personalized engagement. Fans often feel disconnected, with no direct way to interact beyond comments and reactions. There is a need for a dedicated platform where celebrities can host live videos, handpick fans to join their streams, and foster authentic, interactive connections.
What I Did
In this project, I worked on setting clear goals and objectives to define the direction and purpose. I created user personas to understand the target audience and their needs. Then, I mapped out taskflows to visualize how users navigate and complete key actions. To gain industry insights, I conducted competitive research to analyze similar products. I started the design process with low-fidelity prototypes, creating rough wireframes to test ideas quickly. Finally, I developed high-fidelity designs, refining visuals and interactions for a polished user experience.

Scenario 1
Fan finds hard to reach a celebrity.
Vinay is a college student who spend more time on the Social Networks. He has a daily habit of checking recent film updates from his favourite celebrities and favourite musicians. He posts updates about his favourite celebrity on his wall cover and he used to join the twitter trending if it is related to his favourite celebrity. He have tried so many times to have a conversation with the celebrities but most of the time he gets rejected and feel unmotivated. Since, most of the celebrity accounts are handled by social media strategist.
Scenario 2
Celebrity has trust issues with their managers.
R. Madhavan is a famous pan Indian Actor, he have a huge fan club which was managed by some people under his guidance.Once there was some political issues, people from his fan club used his name to escape from the crime.So, he had to shutdown his fan club due to the misuse happened with his popularity. But he is looking for some secured platform to have a better connection with his loyal fans. He feels uncomfortable to keep managers to manage his social accounts. He regularly make some live videos with his loyal fans.
